The Center for Environmental Health and Susceptibility (CEHS) at the UNC-Chapel Hill School of Public Health is funded by the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences.

The goal of this Center is to bring together a broad group of environmental health researchers to understand the mechanistic basis of chemical toxicity and integrate this knowledge with epidemiology in order to reduce the burden of environmentally related disease.

Center Transition:

In the coming year, the UNC Center for Environmental Health and Susceptibility will seek to enhance interaction and collaboration among researchers and to optimize its scientific productivity through the implementation of a new research organizational structure.
